2. The objectives for which the Association is established are:

[a] To encourage, promote, stimulate and establish funds for, and aid research and investigation into, techniques in Psychosomatic Medicine, and in their application to medicine and related fields and into the causes and treatments of Psychosomatic disorders and ailments, afflictions and conditions.

[b] To co-operate with other bodies or organisations with similar objectives.

[c] To arrange for, promote foster develop and assist the study of and the acquisition, dissemination and application of knowledge and information concerning the causes, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of Psychosomatic ailments, afflictions, disorders and conditions, using techniques and modalities developed within the study of Psychosomatic Medicine.

[d] To raise money by donation, subscription or otherwise as may be deemed expedient to afford the pursuance of the objectives of the Fund.
